1. Eligibility and Registration

2. Financial Terms and Payments

• Tuition Fees: All course prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration unless a student has been approved for financial assistance or an installment payment plan.
• Payment Authorization: By providing a credit card or other accepted electronic payment method, you authorize Bright Institute or its authorized partners to charge the full tuition amount or agreed partial payment to your designated payment gateway.
• Enrollment Status: Your enrollment is not official, and digital or physical access to course materials will not be granted until your financial transaction clears or your student account reflects the agreed installment payment amount.

3. Course Delivery and Access Terms

• Immediate Digital Fulfillment: Upon successful payment, course access is fulfilled within 24-48 business hours of enrollment confirmation via automated digital portal credentials sent to your registered email. Certain courses may have a specific start date (e.g., the first day of the week or the first day of the month).
• Access Limitations: Course access is granted exclusively to the registered student. Unless otherwise specified on the course description page, online course access is provided for a limited duration (e.g., 6 months from enrollment) to complete the curriculum.

4. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

1. If any of the following occur prior to the first day of class, a student shall receive a one hundred percent (100%) refund, including non-refundable fees already paid:

I. The student withdraws.

II. The student is caused to withdraw by the school.

III. The school cancels the class.

2. If the student withdraws or is caused to withdraw by the school on or before completing twenty-five percent (25%) of the period of enrollment for which the student was charged, the student shall receive a refund of seventy-five (75%), excluding any disclosed non-refundable fees.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Proprietary Content: All materials provided on our website and within our courses, including text, lecture videos, graphics, quizzes, downloadable PDFs, syllabi, and software—are the sole property of Bright Institute or its licensors and partners.
• Limited License: You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the course materials and the learning management systems, and other software programs for your individual educational development.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any Bright Institute course content or those from its licensors and partners without explicit, prior written consent from our administration. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of account access without a refund and may lead to legal action.

6. Student Code of Conduct and Academic Integrity

Students must maintain academic integrity and adhere to a professional code of conduct in their programs. Violations, including academic dishonesty or disruptive behavior in class, may result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate dismissal. The following are examples of unethical behavior that undermines academic integrity.

• Cheating, plagiarism, or misrepresenting someone else's work as your own.
• Disruptive, harassing, or abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students in online discussion boards or communication channels.
• Attempting to bypass website security or reverse-engineer our digital delivery platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• No Career Guarantees: Bright Institute provides career training and professional development programs. While our courses are designed to enhance your digital fluency, professional marketability, and mobility, we do not guarantee employment, salary increases, or specific career placements upon completion.
• As-Is Service: Our digital services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the learning management system will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bright Institute is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
